Senior Knowledge Manager - Energy and Natural Resources

About the role

A consulting firm is recruiting a Senior Knowledge Manager for its Energy and Natural Resources practice, based in Dubai. The Knowledge Management team drives thought leadership and global expertise for energy companies adapting to decarbonization and technology. You will report to the EIMEA Head of Knowledge Management in London and work closely with teams in London, Munich and Warsaw.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement knowledge management strategies.
• Facilitate cross-practice collaboration and ensure smooth global information flow.
• Synthesize and codify intellectual capital, connecting people with expertise and insights.
• Oversee the knowledge base so it stays well maintained and user-friendly.
• Address content gaps and emerging topics in the Energy and Natural Resources sector.
• Act as a liaison to identify experts and credentials supporting business development.
• Support client relationship building by sharing relevant knowledge and attending practice pipeline calls.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience in knowledge management, research or business development, ideally in government and public institutions.
• In-depth understanding of the Middle East ENR industry, including its challenges and opportunities.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic institution with a strong academic record.
• Self-motivated, proactive, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and willing to collaborate respectfully.

Required skills

• Exceptional written and verbal communication in formal and informal settings.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive client service mindset.
• Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams); SharePoint experience is a plus.
