Senior Land Surveyor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Surveyor to lead and execute critical surveying activities across major Oil & Gas EPC projects and large‑scale infrastructure developments in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement land survey plans, perform topographic, boundary, control, route alignment and as‑built surveys using advanced technologies.
• Establish and maintain survey control networks, process and validate data with AutoCAD, Civil 3D and GIS, and prepare detailed reports and drawings.
• Oversee operation, calibration and maintenance of Total Stations, GPS/GNSS systems, Digital Levels and Laser Scanners.
• Lead and mentor survey teams, coordinate with project managers, engineers and contractors, and ensure timely completion of survey activities.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, local regulations and industry standards, and implement quality control procedures.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a senior or lead role on Oil & Gas EPC, civil infrastructure, marine or power projects.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Geomatics, Geology, Civil Engineering, Surveying or related field; professional land surveying certification preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and technical reporting abilities, with excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Total Stations, GPS/GNSS survey equipment and Digital Levels.
• Advanced use of AutoCAD Civil 3D, GIS applications and survey data processing software.
• Experience managing survey equipment calibration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
