Senior Management Accountant – Hotel Group

About the role

This senior finance position is with a leading hotel group in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for delivering accurate management accounts, supporting commercial decisions and driving financial performance across multiple hotel entities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare timely monthly management accounts and lead the month‑end close for several hotels.
• Produce variance analysis with commentary against budget and forecast.
• Support annual budgeting, periodic forecasting and monitor revenue, payroll and operating costs.
• Partner with hotel management to provide financial insight for commercial decisions.
• Maintain balance‑sheet reconciliations, financial controls and support statutory audits.
• Identify and implement improvements to reporting processes and system efficiencies.

Required profile

• Previous senior or management accountant experience within the hotel industry.
• Fully or part‑qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA (or equivalent extensive experience).
• Proven ability to prepare multi‑entity management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of financial controls and month‑end processes.
