Senior Manager - Agency and Large Customer Ad Partnerships

About the role

Talabat, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a Senior Manager to build and scale agency partnerships across its new demand channels, working with endemic and non-endemic advertisers (agency selling, off-site ads, DSPs, etc.). The role delivers a customised product and commercial strategy to grow ad investment, acts as a thought leader in this space and balances strategy with tactical execution to deliver strong commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Expand ad monetisation beyond on-platform products by opening new demand channels (agencies, DSPs) on and off the app, for food and non-food, and pilot, validate and scale high-impact opportunities
• Own ad revenue directly: build account-level ad strategies, set budget potential and targets per account, and track and drive monthly and quarterly revenue delivery
• Define, for each account, how much to invest across channels and products, and how budgets shift across seasons, campaigns and business goals
• Design custom packages and pricing structures, lead negotiations with senior partners and coordinate with Commercial, Finance, Legal and Billing teams
• Share account-specific feedback on pricing, targeting and reporting, and push for prioritisation through workshops and monthly engagement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics or a related field
• 10+ years of total experience, with 5+ years in advertising sales in an e-commerce company preferred
• Minimum 5+ years leading direct teams
• Experience collaborating with Product teams on features, delivery and roadmaps
• Experience with C-level sales and strategic partnership building

• Using data and analytics to drive sales strategy and results in an advertising business
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, able to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership
