Senior Manager - Asset Management

About the role

Sanad Capital is hiring a Senior Manager for its Asset Management team in Abu Dhabi, within Leasing Operations. The role supports the Head of Asset Management in overseeing the engine and component asset portfolio, acting as deputy during the Head's absence and mentoring junior staff. It covers strategy, commercial transactions, teardown and parts trading, data reporting and mentorship.

Key responsibilities

• Support the asset management strategy: execute plans for engine acquisition, teardown and part sales, run financial and market analyses, build business cases and represent the Head when delegated.
• Handle asset transactions and commercial activities: coordinate deals, carry out due diligence and financial modelling, work with Finance, Legal, Technical and MRO stakeholders, and keep documentation and compliance.
• Manage teardown and repair operations: coordinate teardown programs, repairs and parts sales with vendors and MROs, and monitor turnaround time, costs and quality.
• Analyse data and report: prepare reports and dashboards on asset utilisation, revenue and profitability, and present findings to support decisions.
• Mentor junior colleagues, support Emiratization initiatives and take part in process reviews and compliance checks.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or a related field; certifications in Asset Management, Aviation Leasing or Financial Analysis are preferred.
• 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in aviation asset management, engine/component sales or MRO operations, with a record in asset valuation, teardown management and parts trading.
• 3 to 5 years of team coordination or mentoring experience.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, OEM maintenance programs and financial modelling.
