Senior Manager Asset Management

About the role

Wasael Property Management is looking for a Senior Manager Asset Management in Abu Dhabi. The role leads and oversees asset management operations, including strategic planning, financial management, contract management and asset performance optimization, delivering high-quality facilities management services aligned with client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead asset management, contracts and finance teams, develop and execute asset strategies, budgets and performance plans across multiple locations, and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements and HSE standards, and work with senior leadership and clients on asset management and contracting models
• Develop and implement asset strategies aligned with ISO 55000, maintain asset registers and lifecycle management plans (20-30 year horizon), and optimize physical asset performance and cost efficiency
• Lead 3-5 year operational and capital expenditure plans, annual FM planning, maintenance strategy reviews and FM quality standards
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, and oversee contract management for third-party service providers
• Implement and optimize FM technologies such as CMMS, BMS and SCADA, manage BIM and CAD data systems, and drive data-driven reporting
• Act as the main point of contact for asset management matters with clients and coordinate with contractors, vendors and government authorities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Asset Management, Facilities Management, Property Management, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in asset or facilities management
• Proven leadership experience in senior management roles
• Demonstrated success in asset strategy, financial management and operational delivery
