Senior Manager - Business Analysis

About the role

The Senior Manager – Business Analysis will act as the bridge between healthcare business objectives and technology solutions. You will lead analysis activities across clinical and non‑clinical digital initiatives, partnering with clinicians, physicians, and technology teams to translate workflows and patient journeys into clear requirements and solution designs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with clinical, business and technology leaders to convert healthcare priorities into digital solutions.
• Lead requirement discovery, business process analysis and solution definition for EMR, patient engagement platforms, hospital operations and system integrations.
• Define future‑state processes, patient journeys and digital experiences to improve clinical and operational outcomes.
• Establish and promote business analysis standards, methodologies and best practices across healthcare IT projects.
• Mentor Business Analysts (contractors) and ensure high‑quality requirements engineering and solution design.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in healthcare IT business analysis or digital transformation.
• Strong ability to work with clinicians, physicians, and cross‑functional technology teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience guiding solution design while ensuring regulatory compliance and technical feasibility.

Required skills

• InterSystems TrakCare (EMR) knowledge.
• Business analysis methodologies (requirements gathering, user stories, process modelling).
• Solution design and documentation skills.
