Senior Manager – Capital Markets & Trading Solutions

About the role

The Senior Manager will support the Wealth Management Products Team in Abu Dhabi by developing and launching new capital markets products, focusing on Sukuk, structured products, and FX solutions. The role ensures product performance, regulatory compliance, and end‑to‑end lifecycle management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and analyse investment ideas aligned with client needs and macro‑economic trends.
• Promote capital markets products through frontline engagement and train distribution channels.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to post‑sale monitoring, including documentation and approvals.
• Coordinate with back‑ and middle‑office teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues.
• Develop marketing and promotional materials and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver initiatives on time.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank and SCA regulations and support client meetings.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field; CFA preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in wealth management, investment management, or investment banking.
• Client‑centric approach with strong analytical and strategic thinking.
• High integrity, professionalism, and ability to handle sensitive information.
• Proven business development skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
