Senior Manager - CRM Transformation

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead CRM transformation programmes for a global consulting firm operating in the Middle East. The role will be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi and will involve shaping customer‑centric business models for a portfolio of regional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead interdisciplinary teams through complex CRM transformation programmes and ensure successful delivery.
• Design and execute strategic initiatives on Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics platforms.
• Advise C‑suite executives on optimizing customer experience, processes and operating models.
• Generate new business and expand the regional service portfolio through strong client relationships.
• Combine strategic analysis with practical delivery to meet demanding client requirements.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• Minimum eight years of professional and leadership experience in consulting with budget responsibility.
• Proven track record of leading CRM transformation initiatives and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in Arabic and English.
