Senior Manager, Development Feasibility and Planning

About the role

A leading Abu Dhabi master developer is seeking a Senior Manager for Development Feasibility and Planning to join its Development team. The role plays a key part in evaluating and shaping major mixed-use, residential, commercial, hospitality and master-planned developments, driving business planning, feasibility studies, financial modelling and investment recommendations across a high-profile portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business planning and feasibility assessment of large-scale development projects and master plans
• Develop business plans, investment cases and financial feasibility studies
• Carry out financial and commercial analysis, including revenue forecasting, cost modelling, valuation, cash flow analysis and risk assessment
• Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for senior leadership and investment committees
• Partner with development, design, finance, sales, marketing, legal and delivery teams on investment decisions
• Review assumptions, identify risks and opportunities and recommend ways to optimise project performance

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate feasibility, investment analysis, development finance or business planning
• Proven UAE real estate development experience is essential
• Strong experience evaluating mixed-use, master-planned and large-scale projects
