Senior Manager - F&B Sourcing

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Food & Beverage (F&B) sourcing across its award‑winning attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will shape procurement strategy, drive category excellence and deliver commercial value while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for fresh produce, ambient, chilled and frozen goods, beverages, catering consumables and F&B services.
• Consolidate demand and spend across all attractions to maximise value and efficiency.
• Lead complex tendering processes, negotiate high‑value contracts and manage supplier relationships.
• Drive supplier consolidation, specification standardisation and supply‑chain optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, delegation of authority, ethical sourcing standards and UAE food‑safety regulations.
• Deliver measurable cost savings while maintaining quality, safety and guest satisfaction.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insights and support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Minimum 72 months (6 years) of procurement experience, preferably in food & beverage or related hospitality sectors.
• Proven track record of leading strategic sourcing initiatives and delivering cost efficiencies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
