Senior Manager, Frontline Marketing, Gulf Countries

About the role

The Coca‑Cola Company’s Eurasia Middle East Operating Unit (EME OU) is looking for a senior marketing leader to drive the frontline marketing agenda across Gulf markets. You will own the end‑to‑end marketing strategy, from annual business planning to brand innovation, ensuring measurable ROI and P&L impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development, alignment, execution and tracking of the Market Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Brand & Innovation plans.
• Own market marketing performance, including ROI, P&L ownership and continuous improvement of the marketing flywheel.
• Define and execute the market ABP agenda, providing thought leadership on frontier marketing, innovation and integrated execution.
• Collaborate with local integrated marketing experience (IMX) teams, agencies and bottlers to maximise capacity and impact.
• Translate data and technology insights into competitive advantage and precise marketing actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of senior marketing and leadership experience, including insight & analytics, brand/portfolio strategy, innovation and complex program management.
• Proven track record of P&L ownership and delivering measurable growth.
• Experience across all core marketing disciplines – creative strategy, design, category positioning and growth strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen; revenue growth management (RGM) experience is a plus.
