Senior Manager – Group Finance

About the role

Aldar Education is seeking an outstanding Senior Manager – Group Finance to support its network of schools. The role will help shape the future of Abu Dhabi’s leading school group and provide high‑quality financial insights for strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead group statutory, management, and financial consolidation reporting, ensuring accurate performance analysis.
• Strengthen financial governance, internal controls, and ICFR frameworks across the organisation.
• Oversee treasury operations, banking activities, and liquidity management for all schools and business units.
• Manage tax governance and compliance, ensuring timely statutory filings.
• Provide finance leadership for strategic projects, acquisitions, and transformation programmes.
• Drive standardisation, automation and continuous improvement through the Finance Centre of Excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or a related discipline.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA, ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Minimum 10 years progressive finance experience, including 2‑3 years in core reporting or managerial roles.
• Experience in group reporting, statutory reporting, audit, consolidation or multi‑entity finance.
• Education sector experience is preferred.
