Senior Manager - Marketing Services Go to Market (AI)

About the role

Visa is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to lead the transformation of CEMEA Marketing Services through Artificial Intelligence. The role will be hands‑on, driving the development, execution, adoption, and optimisation of AI tools while collaborating closely with Digital Experiences & Capabilities, Technology, Legal, and regional Marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor AI initiatives for Marketing Services, tracking milestones and performance metrics.
• Coordinate cross‑functional resources with DXC, Technology, Legal and Marketing to ensure aligned delivery.
• Engage AI Ambassadors to pilot new capabilities, collect feedback and champion adoption.
• Support change‑management activities, including communications and training tailored to Marketing Services.
• Prepare regular reporting, insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Work with Legal to guarantee compliance with global regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing AI or technology programmes in a marketing or services environment.
• Strong ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions and regions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting insights and driving adoption.
• Experience with change‑management and process‑improvement initiatives.
