Senior Manager of Paid Media & Growth

About the role

Huda Beauty is seeking a senior leader to own and elevate its paid‑media strategy across global markets. You will drive omni‑media planning, execution and optimisation for launch campaigns and core products, linking media spend to brand and business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Map consumer journeys and define audience segments using first‑party, platform and retail data.
• Develop annual and always‑on omni‑media plans, allocate budgets, and brief creative teams for platform‑specific assets.
• Manage end‑to‑end media execution across paid social, influencer amplification, programmatic, retail and performance channels.
• Set operating standards, RACI, QA processes and reporting templates in partnership with data analytics.
• Negotiate platform partnerships, joint business plans and ensure compliance with brand‑safety and privacy policies.
• Integrate platform‑native AI tools (Meta Advantage+, TikTok Symphony, Google AI Max) for asset generation, smart bidding and real‑time optimisation.
• Oversee paid‑media budget, forecasting, pacing and invoicing with finance and market teams.
• Recruit, coach and up‑skill a high‑performing media team, establishing certification and development programmes.

Required profile

• 10+ years of paid‑media strategy, planning and buying experience, preferably in beauty, fashion or CPG.
• Proven track record managing large, multi‑market budgets and delivering brand and performance KPIs.
• Strong commercial acumen, data‑driven decision‑making and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience building internal media capabilities and leading teams on the client side.

Required skills

• Hands‑on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SA360, DV360, Teads and other DSPs.
• Proficiency in platform‑native AI tools such as Meta Advantage+, TikTok Symphony and Google AI Max.
• Advanced knowledge of omni‑channel planning across paid social, influencer, programmatic, search and e‑retail media.
• Strong measurement skills including attribution, incrementality, lift testing and MMM.
