Senior Manager, Operations & Delivery – Cybersecurity, Digital Trust & AI

About the role

The Senior Manager of Operations & Delivery will establish and run the operational and delivery model for the new Cybersecurity, Digital Trust, Data Governance and AI organisation in Dubai, reporting to the Head of Cyber Security.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the operating model, defining roles, governance, escalation paths and decision authorities.
• Lead service delivery across professional services, managed security services, SOC/MDR, offensive security, cloud security, GRC, data governance and AI assurance.
• Build and operationalise the AI‑SOC/MDR capability, defining incident management, shift models and automation.
• Develop workforce and capacity plans, translate commercial pipeline into recruitment priorities and manage utilisation.
• Support divisional P&L, cost models, financial tracking and margin improvement.
• Establish customer service standards, service reviews, issue resolution and executive reporting.
• Implement delivery quality frameworks, risk registers and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor delivery managers, define performance expectations and drive a high‑performance culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA or PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL certifications desirable.
• 15+ years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, managed services or enterprise service delivery, with senior leadership and organisational‑design experience.
• Proven experience in the UAE/GCC managing large‑scale, multi‑vendor programmes and strong commercial/P&L acumen.
