Senior Manager, Operations & Delivery – Cybersecurity, Digital Trust & AI

About the role

The Senior Manager of Operations & Delivery will design and run the operational model for CNS's new Cybersecurity, Digital Trust, Data Governance and AI organisation in Dubai. Reporting to the Head of Cyber Security, the role translates strategy into execution, ensuring services are designed, mobilised, delivered and scaled with strong governance, commercial discipline and consistent quality.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement the operating model, defining roles, governance, escalation paths and decision authorities.
• Establish standard operating procedures, service handover and customer onboarding processes across all practice areas.
• Lead delivery performance for cybersecurity, data‑governance and AI engagements, ensuring projects meet scope, timelines, SLAs, quality and margin.
• Build and operationalise the SOC/MDR capability, defining AI‑SOC models, incident‑management processes and capacity planning.
• Develop workforce plans, translate commercial pipeline into resource demand and manage utilisation, capacity and allocation.
• Support divisional P&L, cost modelling, financial tracking and margin optimisation.
• Set customer‑service standards, conduct regular service reviews and embed satisfaction metrics into KPIs.
• Establish delivery quality frameworks, risk registers and compliance processes, and support certification programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field; Master’s/MBA or PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL certifications are desirable.
• 15+ years of experience in technology, cybersecurity, managed services or enterprise service delivery, with senior leadership and service‑organisation transformation experience.
• Proven track record in UAE/GCC markets, managing complex enterprise environments and large‑scale multi‑vendor programmes.
• Strong commercial acumen and P&L ownership experience.
