Senior Manager, Operations Finance - Middle East Region

About the role

The Senior Finance Manager, Franchise Finance provides strategic finance leadership across a portfolio of GCC and Middle East markets, with primary responsibility for the UAE and other assigned franchise markets. The role partners with Franchise, Operating Unit, Commercial and Bottling Partner leadership teams to drive sustainable growth, optimise system profitability and support strategic decisions through financial insights, system economics and business performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Franchise Finance agenda across assigned markets and act as the primary finance advisor to Franchise Directors, Operating Unit Finance teams and Bottling Partners on business performance, risks and opportunities.
• Drive integrated business planning and performance discussions with cross-functional teams, and assess market, consumer, competitive and macroeconomic trends.
• Own the understanding of system profitability and value chain economics, lead business performance reviews and evaluate the financial impact of pricing, package mix and promotional investments.
• Support the development and optimisation of franchise and commercial business models, and partner on transformation and capability-building initiatives.
• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and lead cross-functional projects within a matrix organisation.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in Finance, Commercial Finance, FP&A, Strategy, Corporate Finance or Consulting.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Experience working across multiple markets in a multinational environment.
