Head of Product, Exchange-Traded Products

About the role

Tickmill, a multi-regulated broker offering CFDs and Exchange Traded Derivatives (Futures & Options), is hiring a Head of Product, Exchange-Traded Products in Dubai. You will own and drive the expansion of the Stocks and Exchange-Traded Products offering, define its strategy and roadmap, and lead the trading and investing experience across web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the expansion of the Stocks and Exchange-Traded Products offering.
• Define the product strategy, roadmap and business objectives for Stocks, ETFs and related products.
• Lead the trading and investing experience across web and mobile, including market data, order management, portfolio views, reporting and corporate actions.
• Partner with Engineering, UX/UI, QA, Compliance, Brokerage, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Affiliates and others to deliver products from concept to market.
• Define and prioritize features based on customer needs, regulatory requirements, technical feasibility and business objectives.
• Work with exchanges, market data providers, clearing brokers, custodians and technology vendors to scale the offering.
• Help define scalable operating models balancing global consistency with local market needs.
• Support acquisition, activation, retention and engagement initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Affiliates and Partnerships.
• Set KPIs and optimise client adoption, trading activity, engagement and commercial performance.

Required profile

• 7+ years of Product Management experience.
• 3+ years building or managing Stocks, ETFs, Equities or other Exchange-Traded Products in a brokerage, investment platform, exchange, fintech or wealth management environment.
• Proven track record of launching, scaling and optimizing trading or investment products.
• Demonstrated experience designing customer journeys, onboarding and product UX using insights, analytics and experimentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Excellent English, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Understanding of equities market structure, order management, trade execution, settlement, custody, market data, corporate actions and retail brokerage operations.
• Technical understanding and ability to work with engineering teams.
• Analytical, strategic thinking, communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have: affiliate, IB and partner acquisition journey experience; experience with platforms such as Interactive Brokers, Saxo, DriveWealth, Apex or Alpaca; experience scaling products across jurisdictions; knowledge of international equities markets and multi-asset products.
