Senior Manager, PMO & Strategy – Logistics & Care

About the role

Careem is looking for a senior leader to drive PMO and strategy initiatives across logistics and care operations in Dubai. The role sits at the intersection of Operations, Product, Finance and Customer Care, turning business priorities into structured programmes and data‑driven policies.

Key responsibilities

• Own the cadence of performance governance, leading monthly and weekly business reviews, goal check‑ins and steering updates across multiple business lines.
• Lead end‑to‑end customer‑experience governance, aligning product, operations and care teams around shared journey metrics and ensuring consistent policy, process and communication.
• Design and implement cohort‑led customer policies, translating data insights into actionable guidelines that improve service quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in PMO, strategy or operations management within a fast‑moving, data‑centric environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate performance data into strategic recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing vertical, commercial and finance leaders.
