Senior Manager - Project

About the role

The Senior Manager – Project will lead the EC & FZ Programme department, overseeing large‑scale construction projects from inception to delivery. You will ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations while fostering a strong safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all activities across ECFZ large‑scale projects, defining scope, deliverables, schedules, resources and budgets.
• Control project risks, provide mitigation advice and update plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with group governance, internal and external stakeholder requirements.
• Coordinate interfaces and dependencies between projects, clusters and external parties.
• Promote HSE culture throughout construction activities.
• Monitor progress, analyse bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare management reports, data analysis and forecasting for medium‑scale projects.
• Liaise with project owners to verify specifications, standards and procedures.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date project records.
• Develop collaborative culture among project teams, supply chain and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with suppliers, consultants and contractors and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management or a related field.
• Excellent command of English; Arabic is a plus.
• 10‑15 years of experience in senior project or programme management, preferably delivering construction projects in an industrial environment.
