Senior Manager – Projects

About the role

The Senior Manager – Projects will lead the planning, execution and delivery of fit‑out projects for Homecentre across the UAE. You will own the project lifecycle from concept through construction and handover, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants, architects, contractors and internal stakeholders to align technical and commercial requirements.
• Monitor progress on‑site, conduct progress meetings and produce regular status and cost reports.
• Manage variations, change orders and snag lists, ensuring timely approvals and closure.
• Lead a small‑to‑medium sized project team, providing coaching, training and performance feedback.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field; Project Management certification preferred.
• 10+ years of fit‑out project experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering complex retail fit‑out projects on schedule and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
