Senior Manager, Proposition & Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to drive proposition and business development for our Private Banking division. The role will shape the client experience, enhance brand visibility and ensure the value proposition aligns with the bank’s strategic vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end proposition for Private Banking, covering client acquisition, retention, brand positioning, campaigns, events and publications.
• Conduct competition gap analysis, develop service delivery models and align initiatives with other product lines such as mortgages, cards, liabilities and treasury.
• Act as the point of contact for central projects, collaborating with BIU, CX, Marketing, Digital, Wealth Squads and product teams.
• Work closely with technology, finance, operations, legal, risk, compliance and Shariah functions to digitise processes and launch new initiatives.
• Partner with external providers to enrich the proposition and accelerate time‑to‑market.
• Lead customer‑experience and engagement programmes, including events and tactical promotions.
• Operate in an agile environment with continuous stakeholder interaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of banking experience, including 2‑3 years in a managerial role within the UAE.
• Strong understanding of marketing and product lifecycle across banking services.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• University degree in business; postgraduate qualifications in business administration are preferred.
