Senior Manager Regional Air & Ocean Systems Process

About the role

Lead the deployment and adoption of operational systems and tools across the Air & Ocean Freight region, ensuring business requirements are met, users are trained, and value is realized. Support operational excellence through governance, training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate business requirements, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), master data collection and business readiness for system implementations.
• Drive process standardisation, operational quality, data integrity and compliance with regulatory, commercial and operational standards.
• Identify and implement cost‑reduction initiatives through cycle‑time improvement, automation and centralisation of activities.
• Monitor system utilisation, process compliance and user adoption; lead defect resolution and readiness activities.
• Partner with country and functional teams to deliver continuous‑improvement projects and operational‑excellence programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 10+ years progressive experience in air and ocean freight forwarding operations.
• Proven experience in business process management, regional process improvement and system implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across countries and functions; experience in training, change management and user adoption.

Required skills

• Experience with freight forwarding platforms and digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of UAT coordination, master data management and process standardisation.
• Fluency in English; additional languages a plus.
