Senior Manager Requirements & Capabilities

About the role

Raytheon is hiring a Senior Requirements & Capabilities Manager for its wholly owned foreign subsidiary in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The role supports the company's growth objectives by strengthening solutions, operational performance and customer relationships in the UAE market, working closely with Raytheon mission areas and functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison and trusted advisor to the UAE Air Force, representing Raytheon at senior levels including Air Force leadership and the Ministry of Defence
• Build strong customer relationships and align the UAE Air Force's operational needs with Raytheon's capabilities
• Lead engagement with the UAE Air Force, the U.S. Embassy and internal business units as the voice of the customer
• Develop and support marketing strategies, engagement plans and growth opportunities
• Coordinate across business units and functions to deliver integrated, cost-effective solutions
• Serve as the main point of contact for customer issues, ensuring timely resolution and strong communication
• Drive collaboration across the enterprise to improve performance, execution and pipeline growth

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant functional discipline (business, engineering) or equivalent experience, with at least 10 years in defence sales business development; or an advanced degree in a related field with at least 7 years of experience
• Fluent in Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of international business practices and compliance requirements, including FCPA and ITAR, and familiarity with international contracts such as FMS and DCS and host country regulations
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills, able to work across internal teams and external partners
