Senior Manager – Social Media (UAE Nationals Only)

About the role

Etihad Engineering is looking for a visionary Senior Manager – Social Media to lead the global social media strategy and elevate the brand’s presence across digital platforms. Reporting to the Director of Brand, Creative & Social, you will shape a social‑first approach that drives brand affinity and business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global social media strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives, creating a playbook to drive engagement and competitive advantage.
• Oversee the creation and delivery of compelling content, manage content calendars, and ensure optimisation for each platform’s performance.
• Establish and monitor KPIs, translate performance data into business insights, and demonstrate ROI to senior stakeholders.
• Lead high‑profile events, real‑time social coverage, influencer collaborations and global partnership activations.
• Coach and develop a team of social media specialists, conduct performance reviews and foster a culture of innovation.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content strategy within a global agency or consumer‑facing brand.
• Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders in complex, multinational organisations.
• Strong strategic and commercial thinking with the ability to convert business goals into measurable social initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
