Senior Manager – Solution Engineering (AI)

About the role

Inception, a G42 company, is looking for a Senior Manager – Solution Engineering to lead the design and validation of enterprise AI solutions for its most strategic customers. Reporting to the Senior Director – Solution Engineering, you will act as the senior technical authority, shaping end‑to‑end AI architectures and delivering rapid prototypes that combine Generative AI, Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) and Conversational AI.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI solution design for large‑scale enterprise engagements.
• Define high‑level architectures, reference patterns and solution blueprints that integrate Inception products with custom AI components.
• Balance performance, cost, latency, security and responsible‑AI considerations in architectural trade‑offs.
• Drive rapid prototyping and Minimum Lovable Prototypes (MLPs) to validate feasibility and business value.
• Lead pre‑sales technical engagements, acting as a trusted advisor to customers evaluating AI‑first transformations.
• Mentor peers, set technical standards and influence product direction.

Required profile

• 14+ years of experience (≈168 months) in AI solution engineering, architecture or related fields.
• Proven ability to translate complex, cutting‑edge AI capabilities into executive‑ready narratives.
• Strong communication skills to influence stakeholders and guide customers through AI adoption.
• Hands‑on technical leader comfortable with both discovery and delivery phases.
