Senior Manager - Structured Credit Solutions

About the role

The Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group (CWIBG) of ADCB is seeking an ambitious professional to join its Structured Credit Solutions team. The role focuses on structuring and executing credit transactions, producing related documentation, and analysing risk and investment returns to maximise profitability while ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and execute transactions within the Structured Credit Solutions team, produce documentation, and conduct risk and return analysis.
• Assist the department head in developing and delivering ADCB’s structured credit solutions strategy and framework.
• Monitor and control the individual budget, reporting performance against budget to line management.
• Manage the development and enhancement of structured credit products, coordinating with internal support and delivery teams.
• Oversee pricing, structuring, and execution of trades in line with SOPs and risk appetite.
• Conduct market evaluation, due diligence, and ongoing risk monitoring, implementing hedging strategies as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of banking experience, including at least 3 years in structured product derivatives and credit solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking or Finance with a strong mathematical background.
• Demonstrated knowledge of treasury business, credit structuring, trade functions, and risk & VaR.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across internal desks.
