Senior Manager, Supply Chain

About the role

Masdar is seeking a Senior Manager to lead procurement and logistics for solar PV, wind and BESS projects. The role ensures efficient sourcing, supplier management and material delivery while meeting project schedules, technical specifications and ESG objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end procurement processes for solar and wind packages, from RFP/RFQ preparation through contract drafting and purchase order administration.
• Manage supply, O&M and long‑term service agreements to support project schedules and mitigate commercial risks.
• Oversee logistics optimisation, including transportation routes, warehousing and shipment coordination.
• Coordinate third‑party quality services, conduct factory audits and ensure compliance with specifications.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of procurement and supply‑chain experience, with at least 3 years in utility‑scale renewable‑energy projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or finance; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven track record of managing end‑to‑end sourcing, negotiations and supplier qualification for PV, wind, BESS modules, inverters and trackers.
