Senior Manager - Syndicated Finance

About the role

The Senior Manager – Syndicated Finance will join ADIB’s Corporate Finance and Investment Banking team in Dubai. The role focuses on originating, structuring and executing sharia‑compliant corporate finance transactions for WBG and FI clients.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, structure and execute syndicated finance deals in collaboration with coverage and credit teams, taking full responsibility for deal execution.
• Lead financial modelling, due diligence, credit analysis, sharia structuring and preparation of pitch decks, transaction memoranda and investor presentations.
• Negotiate term sheets, mandate letters and facility documentation with clients, lawyers and syndicate banks, ensuring compliance with sharia, central bank and ADIB risk policies.
• Supervise analysts, provide deal‑team leadership and coordinate with internal stakeholders such as credit approvers and division heads.
• Maintain deal pipelines, monitor portfolio performance and support internal reporting and audit requirements.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in corporate finance, M&A, advisory or private equity, preferably within UAE or GCC banks.
• Outstanding academic record with a Master’s, MBA, CFA, CA or equivalent qualification.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end deal lifecycle and work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets (Excel) and presentation tools.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation expertise.
• Experience with business intelligence and data‑analytics tools.
• Knowledge of LMA documentation standards and sharia‑compliant structuring.
