Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition – Technology

About the role

Join ADCB’s Human Resources team as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Technology) and lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for critical technology roles. You will partner with business stakeholders to build talent pipelines aligned with workforce plans and drive high‑quality hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead candidate profiling and sourcing across assigned business portfolios, ensuring pipelines match hiring priorities and workforce plans.
• Monitor recruitment performance against hiring plans, identify sourcing challenges, market constraints and recruitment risks.
• Partner with stakeholders and recruitment teams to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and implement attraction and engagement strategies.
• Oversee recruitment delivery, ensuring screening, assessment and selection meet governance standards and hiring plans.
• Provide guidance on candidate suitability, market availability and recruitment strategies to support informed hiring decisions.
• Develop and enhance recruitment reporting, tracking key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, vacancy status and pipeline strength.
• Manage executive recruitment for critical and leadership positions, partnering with hiring managers throughout the process.
• Lead talent acquisition projects, ensuring they are planned, coordinated and delivered on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in talent acquisition with strong screening and interviewing expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
