About the role
Join EY MENA’s Tax Technology & Transformation (TTT) team as a Senior Manager. You will shape and deliver tax transformation and technology engagements across corporate tax, indirect tax, and accounting compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Lead multi‑disciplinary workstreams from initiation through stabilization, covering process redesign, data & analytics, solution architecture, AI enablement and change adoption.
- Drive governance, solution design, analytics delivery, eInvoicing transformation, AI‑enabled use cases and change management.
- Coach teams, manage stakeholders and ensure high‑quality outcomes across requirements, testing, deployment and adoption.
Required profile
- 12+ years of experience in tax transformation, tax technology, finance/compliance transformation or management consulting.
- Proven ability to lead complex transformation programs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong change leadership and stakeholder management skills.
