About the role

This senior‑manager position supports ADNOC’s Trading, Investments and XRG agenda within Accenture’s ATIOS practice. The role bridges a critical capability gap, enabling Accenture to influence M&A, value‑chain and investment strategy discussions with senior ADNOC stakeholders and directly impact the FY26 pipeline.

Key responsibilities

Shape and advise on M&A, value‑chain and investment strategies for ADNOC.
Engage with senior ADNOC leaders to drive pipeline origination and deal conversion.
Collaborate with Accenture’s trading and advisory teams to ensure relevance in fast‑evolving strategic areas.
Provide insights that mitigate the risk of reduced relevance and missed growth opportunities.

Required profile

Extensive experience in trading, investments, or value‑chain advisory, preferably within the energy sector.
Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
Strong understanding of M&A processes and investment strategy formulation.
Demonstrated track record of delivering results in high‑priority, fast‑moving environments.
