Senior Manager – Yield Management

About the role

This senior commercial position will build Miral’s Yield Management engine from the ground up. Reporting to the Head of Yield Management, you will own pricing and margin strategy for packaged products across both B2B and B2C channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own pricing and margin strategy for packaged products, setting margins by property, room type, season and channel.
• Interpret hotel contracts and price margins within static rates, allotments, release periods and cancellation terms.
• Define and continuously optimise rate and yield strategies, managing parity and undercut risks across channels.
• Provide market and competitor intelligence, benchmarking rates and monitoring demand signals.
• Deliver performance analytics, measuring yield, conversion, margin and contribution for B2B and B2C.
• Generate commercial insight, building forecasting, reporting and a single source of truth for margin and performance.
• Produce executive dashboards and translate data into actionable pricing and margin recommendations.
• Partner with Product, Distribution and Finance to influence commercial decisions and build profitability cases.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in hotel or travel revenue management, pricing or commercial strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, hospitality or related field; MBA or master’s preferred.
• Proven ability to build commercial frameworks, models and pricing governance from scratch.
• Strong understanding of the distribution ecosystem (DMCs, tour operators, wholesalers, OTAs, direct).
