Senior Marketing Executive – Training & Education

About the role

Medilearn Tech Skills Training LLC, a Dubai‑based professional training centre, is seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to own digital marketing, lead generation and content creation for its AI, emerging‑technology and certification programmes. The role is hands‑on and commercially driven, linking campaigns directly to qualified B2B and B2C leads, conversions and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns for corporate training, professional certifications, workshops and B2C programmes.
• Generate and nurture qualified leads through Google Ads/PPC, SEO, social media, email marketing and marketing automation.
• Create and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, website, email newsletters and promotional assets, including reels and short‑form videos.
• Collaborate with Sales to improve lead quality, conversion rates and marketing‑generated revenue.
• Maintain website content, landing pages and optimise conversion funnels.
• Track and report on lead sources, CPL, CAC, conversion rates, ROI/ROMI and revenue impact.
• Conduct competitor and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Support launch and promotion of new training programmes and certifications.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in training, education, EdTech or service‑based businesses.
• Proven B2B and B2C performance‑marketing track record.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on leads, conversions and revenue.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC market.
