Senior Marketing Lead – Automotive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Lead with Arabic language skills to head the marketing function for our automotive trading business in the UAE. The role will shape strategy, drive lead generation, and strengthen our brand across digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual and monthly marketing strategies and plans.
• Lead all digital and traditional marketing activities, including campaign management on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Design and manage lead‑generation programs to support sales targets.
• Oversee CRM activities, customer journeys, and lead source optimization.
• Manage social media, content creation, branding, and online presence.
• Monitor media‑buy performance, optimizing ROI, CAC, CPL and conversion rates.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the UAE automotive market.
• Control the marketing budget and allocate resources efficiently.
• Prepare performance reports, dashboards and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Manage external agencies, suppliers, freelancers and marketing partners.
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions and initiatives for new and used vehicles.
• Analyze campaign results and implement data‑driven corrective actions.
• Build and develop the marketing team as the function expands.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong hands‑on experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent English communication skills and fluency in Arabic.
• Good understanding of the UAE automotive market.
