Senior Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who will take full responsibility for marketing operations and strategy for our Dubai campus. The role reports directly to the VP for Student Recruitment and functionally to the UE Head of Marketing, while collaborating closely with academic leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own all marketing activities for the UE Dubai campus, translating the global strategy into a local go‑to‑market plan.
• Lead the end‑to‑end launch of the new UE Dubai website, managing timelines, quality, and post‑launch optimisation.
• Plan, execute and optimise integrated online and offline campaigns, and manage social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create high‑quality English content (Arabic a plus) and maintain website pages via WordPress CMS.
• Plan and manage events, fairs, school visits and on‑campus activations, ensuring strong brand presence.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, provide insights for portfolio development, and track performance across channels.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in education or fast‑paced international environments.
• Proven track record of owning end‑to‑end marketing initiatives from strategy through execution and reporting.
• Experience managing social media, content creation, campaigns and events.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
