Senior Marketing Manager – Luxury Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead brand presence and project launches for BT Properties across the UAE. The role combines strategic leadership, creative direction and technical oversight to deliver luxury‑aligned marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Define and protect the visual identity for all developments across billboards, digital, social and print channels.
• Oversee technical design workflows, including AI, CGI and rendering production, ensuring quality and speed.
• Lead an in‑house marketing and creative team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end marketing strategies for project launches, from positioning to multi‑channel roll‑outs.
• Drive social media strategy with a focus on LinkedIn lead management and generate high‑quality sales leads.
• Manage performance‑marketing budgets, monitor paid campaigns and optimise ROI.
• Coordinate external agencies, CGI studios and production houses to deliver on‑brand, on‑time, on‑budget assets.

Required profile

• 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in senior or creative leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market and luxury branding.
• Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns across billboards, digital, social and print.
