Senior Marketing Manager – Multi‑Client Agency

About the role

Hogi Creative Agency is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for multiple client brands across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and beyond. You will shape end‑to‑end marketing programs that drive qualified leads and measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for clients in diverse industries.
• Design and implement end‑to‑end sales funnels that convert audiences into qualified leads.
• Lead the strategic direction of client brands across all digital touchpoints.
• Create concepts and campaign ideas for paid advertising and organic growth.
• Prepare high‑impact brand presentations, pitch decks, and marketing proposals.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to launch, optimise, and scale lead‑generation campaigns.
• Analyse customer journeys, identify growth opportunities, and continuously improve performance.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, developers, and media buyers to ensure flawless execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, sales funnels, lead generation, brand positioning, customer‑journey mapping and digital marketing ecosystems.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and English communication skills.
• Commercial mindset focused on business growth and measurable results.
