Marketing Assistant

About the role

Hogi Creative Agency, a Dubai‑based branding and marketing firm, is seeking a proactive Marketing Assistant to support the CEO and the wider team. The role focuses on coordinating marketing projects across multiple client accounts and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality work.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the CEO on all marketing‑related initiatives.
• Attend client and internal meetings, capture notes, action items, and follow up promptly.
• Coordinate marketing activities across several client accounts and track project progress.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies, campaign plans, and related documentation.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, templates, and presentations.
• Support the preparation of commercial proposals, marketing strategies, and client presentations.
• Facilitate communication between strategy, design, content, development, and digital marketing teams.
• Keep the CEO informed about project status, priorities, and potential risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
• Previous experience in a marketing agency is highly preferred.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of Arabic is highly preferred.
