Senior Marketing Officer – Dubai

About the role

SEE Engineering is looking for a Senior Marketing Officer to strengthen its brand presence and support business development across the construction and engineering sector. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will translate business priorities into comprehensive marketing and communication plans and position the company as a trusted partner for complex developments.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the CEO to develop marketing strategies, presentations, speeches and LinkedIn content that enhance the leadership profile.
• Create and maintain corporate marketing materials such as company profiles, brochures, capability statements and project case studies.
• Support business development and tendering teams with pre‑qualification documents, proposal content and presentations.
• Manage the company website and LinkedIn channel, produce engaging content and track performance metrics.
• Coordinate project photography, videography and site documentation to showcase completed and ongoing projects.
• Plan and manage participation in exhibitions, industry events and corporate functions.
• Handle press releases, media relations and award submissions, and conduct market and competitor research.
• Oversee relationships with external agencies, designers, printers and suppliers, and report on marketing performance, budgets and campaign effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within construction, engineering, real‑estate or related industries.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.
• Experience managing websites, social media channels and digital marketing campaigns, with familiarity of analytics tools.
• Project management capabilities to handle multiple deadlines and campaigns.
