Senior Mechanical Engineer – Water & Wastewater

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the water and wastewater sector. The role involves overseeing site execution of large‑scale STP projects, supporting design documentation, and ensuring project milestones are met on time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage mechanical works at project sites, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Oversee installation, erection, and commissioning of mechanical equipment for STP plants above 50 MLD.
• Provide input for shop drawings, verify Bill of Quantities, and review material submittals and method statements.
• Develop manpower schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress against project timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to resolve technical issues.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and present updates in project meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in water and wastewater projects.
• Proven track record managing and executing STP plants above 50 MLD.
• Strong site execution and project coordination experience.
