Senior Menswear Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Menswear Designer to lead the creation and development of our seasonal menswear collections. You will shape the creative direction, ensure commercial relevance, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to bring high‑quality garments to market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of seasonal menswear collections.
• Conduct trend, market and competitor research.
• Create sketches, mood boards, colour palettes and CAD designs.
• Select fabrics, trims, prints and oversee fittings and garment detailing.
• Prepare tech packs and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with merchandising, sourcing, suppliers and production teams.
• Review samples to ensure fit, quality and design accuracy.
• Align collections with brand positioning and commercial goals.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Fashion Design or a related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant menswear design experience.
• Strong portfolio of commercial menswear collections.
• UAE/GCC experience preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency in CAD software for fashion design.
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, fit and product development.
