Senior Mobile Engineer – Flutter (Remote, UAE)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer with deep Flutter expertise to join a remote‑first, internationally distributed team. The role focuses on building and evolving a production‑grade mobile app used by a global community, covering both iOS and Android platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core mobile experiences such as authentication, search, profiles, messaging, matching, and user engagement.
• Analyze and improve product funnels, including registration, upgrades, monetization, and conversion metrics.
• Own analytics for mobile journeys to surface user behavior insights.
• Maintain platform‑specific features like push notifications, deep links, and real‑time capabilities.
• Support mobile advertising and in‑app purchase revenue analysis.
• Implement compliance features such as consent management, age verification, and user verification.
• Build scalable Flutter applications for iOS and Android using clean architecture.
• Deliver multi‑flavor, white‑label builds with brand‑specific assets and Firebase environments.
• Create automated unit and widget tests to ensure reliability and code quality.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, and engineering teams across time zones.

Required profile

• Strong professional experience delivering production Flutter apps for iOS and Android.
• Solid understanding of layered mobile architecture (UI, domain, repository).
• Hands‑on experience with BLoC, Provider, GetIt, GoRouter, and Dio.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote, multicultural environment.
