Senior Mortgage Advisor

About the role

Neon Mortgage is hiring a full-time, on-site Senior Mortgage Advisor in Dubai. You will guide clients through the complete mortgage journey, from assessing their profiles and financial goals to disbursal.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client profiles and financial goals and recommend tailored products from local and international lenders
• Prepare and review documentation and manage bank submissions
• Follow up with all stakeholders through to disbursal
• Take part in real estate huddles and stay current on lender policies
• Maintain accurate CRM records and drive referrals through relationship management

Required profile

• 3+ years of UAE mortgage or home finance sales experience (bank or brokerage)
• Track record of consistent disbursals
• End-to-end case knowledge, from AIP to title deed
• Ability to advise across a full product range and promote services effectively
• Existing real estate network (agents, developers, referral partners)
