About the role
Worley is seeking a Senior Office Administrator to support office administration and facilities management for its projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating personnel logistics, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with HSSEQ goals.
Key responsibilities
- Provide personnel administration, mobilization support, and arrange travel, accommodation, and transportation.
- Maintain administrative records, correspondence logs, and filing systems; support document controllers.
- Manage attendance, timesheets, leave records, and coordinate with HR and project controls.
- Oversee admin‑related vendors, process invoices, and track admin and logistics budgets.
- Act as focal point for administrative coordination with client and contractors, supporting audits and meetings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant administration experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
- At least 5 years of experience in the GCC region, with ADNOC project and offshore project experience.
