Senior Officer - Community Management

About the role

Wasl Property Management is hiring a Senior Officer for its Community Management department in Dubai. The role reports to the Senior Manager and supports the management of communities and assets in full compliance with RERA regulations and other applicable laws in the Emirate of Dubai. It supervises 1-2 direct reports and works closely with the Senior Manager to exceed customers' expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Homeowners Committee / Owners Committee to resolve issues and drive community initiatives under RERA JOP regulations.
• Resolve homeowners' and residents' issues daily, with proper logging, follow-up and closure in line with internal SLAs and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high levels of hospitality and service excellence with homeowners, residents and guests, and support team members in delivering it.
• Organize events and activities, provide welcome packages and orientation to new owners and residents, and support concierge-type services.
• Coordinate with Facilities Management and service providers to keep common areas clean, safe and well maintained.
• Build positive relationships with vendors and service providers, and monitor them against contracts, KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, health and safety, civil defence, fire and life safety, building codes and other local authority requirements, and train team members on them.
• Assist in budgeting, service fee collection and cost control, review invoices and coordinate with Finance and Facilities Management.
• Oversee RERA and Mollak compliance, assign and follow up on regulatory tasks, and keep accurate records for audits and inspections.
• Support the Senior Manager in guiding the community team, planning daily priorities and giving constructive feedback.
