Senior Officer – Employee Experience (UAE Nationals)

About the role
As a Senior Officer in the PICG division of Mashreq, you will help create positive employee experiences across Mashreq Bank UAE. The role works closely with the Manager and Head of Employee Experience to manage onboarding, off‑boarding, visa and labour processing, pension administration and data maintenance.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the team in delivering a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Manager and Head of Employee Experience on onboarding, off‑boarding, visa, labour and pension processes.
- Coordinate with internal PICG functions to meet business needs and support bank‑wide projects.
- Ensure alignment with organisational objectives and uphold high‑performance standards across the bank.
Required profile
- UAE national with prior experience in employee experience or HR operations.
- Strong ability to work collaboratively with senior managers and cross‑functional teams.
- Detail‑oriented and capable of handling data maintenance and compliance related tasks.
