Specialized Facilitator – eLearning

About the role

Transguard Group is looking for a Specialized Facilitator – eLearning to join its Onboarding Team in Jebel Ali. The role manages day‑to‑day operations of the Learning & Development framework, ensuring that site‑based employees receive effective training and upskilling opportunities aligned with corporate development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and coordinate both digital and face‑to‑face training sessions, balancing trainer availability, facilities and tools.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs and learner progress reports, ensuring compliance with mandatory learning requirements.
• Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding training schedules, opportunities and progress tracking.
• Conduct gap analyses to identify upskilling needs and recommend learning pathways.
• Support cost efficiency by tracking participation, reducing duplication and optimizing resource allocation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in L&D administration, HR operations or training coordination.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset for conducting training gap analysis and advising on career development options.
