Senior Officer – Payments Screening

About the role

Join Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank’s Global Business Services team as a Senior Officer responsible for payments screening. You will ensure that all payment transactions meet regulatory standards while supporting the bank’s commitment to risk‑aware, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise payment transaction screening to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage resolution of high‑risk alerts and ensure timely escalation to the compliance function.
• Generate and analyse screening reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with IT to enhance the performance and reliability of screening systems.
• Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and standard operating instructions.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in payment operations or compliance screening.
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance from a recognised university.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and transaction monitoring.
